Report abuse
Plopino hosts files that users upload. The operator does not review uploads before they go live and is not their publisher — but content that breaks the Terms of Service or the law is removed once it is reported.
Report to
abuse@plopino.com — English or Chinese is fine.
You can also send a report through the feedback form.
What to include
- the exact link, copied in full (for example
https://plopino.com/b/xxxxxxxx/); - what the problem is, in a sentence or two;
- why it is unlawful or against the Terms — for copyright, identify the work you own and your relationship to it;
- how to reach you, if a reply is needed.
Reports about live threats — malware, phishing, or content that endangers someone — are treated as urgent. Say so in the subject line.
Copyright notices
A copyright complaint should also state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; that the information in your notice is accurate; and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. A notice along these lines lets the content be removed without further back-and-forth.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address with the link and your reasons; it will be looked at again.
What happens next
- the reported link is checked, usually within a few days;
- content that breaks the Terms or the law is removed, and the board may be deleted;
- accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or harmful content are suspended;
- where an uploader can be identified, they may be told that their content was removed.
Anonymous uploads carry no account, but they are not untraceable: the IP address and browser of the upload are recorded, and may be disclosed where the law requires it.
False reports
Please do not use this address to report content you simply disagree with, or to make a claim over material you do not own. Reports made in bad faith may be ignored.
